Well, tomorrow, I have GOT to make myself busy...and since my car is in the shop, it's going to have to be stuff around the house. I have a bunch of records and CDs that I need to review for the radio station. Clean my room at the same time. Vacuum the living room. And if I REALLY feel nuts, scrub the kitchen floor.

I've been staying up way too late and sleeping in. I feel so unproductive when I do that

Did not get the hair cut today, so I'm going to have to look like one of those crazy beatniks for a few more days. Shirin, my 'hairdresser' and sometimes 'date,' called yesterday...hmmmm....

Man, is it hot. It's past 11 p.m., and it still feels like its in the upper 70 degrees range. Hot wind.

But I really love the Summertime. Heat is sexy. I feel so alive, like there's so many possibilities. I love the rush you get walking into an air-conditioned room (grocery store...aaahhhh ). A drink with crushed ice. The beach. I just love it.

Tip: keep plenty of Arizona Green Tea with Plum Juice on hand. Trader Joe's sells it in 42 oz. bottles. The rest of the world can just stop inventing beverages now. It's been perfected.
