THE SECRET TO MAKING EVERYTHING YOU EAT TASTE LIKE THE BEST THING EVER:
Don't eat all day. When you finally do eat, whatever it is will taste like ambrosia. Case in point...right now, I am eating those awful instant mashed potatoes with mystery gravy from El Pollo Loco, and it's just superb.

Came home from work today got my new driver's license...don't ask. But it is better than last time.

Promptly fell asleep on the sofa with my contacts in I hate when I do that. Now I have a headache...gah...let's hope the Excedrin Migraine kicks in soon.

PATTI SMITH at the Fillmore tomorrow night...there's still tickets! And I got one By my count, this will be the 5th time I've seen her. Last time was probably the most inspirational concert I've ever been to. Can't wait!
