My neighbor is an older Vietnamese man. He and his family keep pretty much to themselves, so my roomate and I don't know him very well.

About a month or so ago, he acquired a BMW 733i. It's older, but in very nice shape. As far as I can tell, he never drives it. It is parked at the curb. Each day, I see him walk around it, scrutinizing every inch. Sometimes he takes a duster and carefully wipes it. Lately, he's taken to opening all the doors and trunk lid at least once a day for 15 minutes, so that it doesn't get too hot inside. But he NEVER drives it.

I am completely fascinated by this.

Someone needs a new hobby...but is it him or me?

Fox...the Rupert Murdoch-owned network that has given us Joe Millionare, Mr. Personality, Married By America, the Teen Choice Awards, Temptation Island, That '70s Show!, and, of course, the legendary Who Wants to Marry a Millionare...they did something so stunningly brilliant the other night, I'm still shaking my head in awe.

They aired a show called "Test the Nation," in which they measured the IQ of the Fox prime time audience.

The new millennium is amazing.
