This one's all about food.

Breakfast - Kashi GoLean bar (Cookies 'n' Cream), half a muffin, caffeine-free diet Coke

Lunch - bangers & mash with veggies (my soon to be ex-boss took me out to Britannia Arms), ice cream, diet Coke

Snack - pbj sammich

Dinner - teriyaki chicken breast, more ice cream, caffeine-free diet Coke

I usually don't eat that much ice cream...but someone brought some in to work, and well, TRY to resist. I don't have a weight problem, but I still think about what I eat...right now I'm eating carrots in a misguided attempt to counteract the Baskin Robbins.

I used to poke fun at people who drank caffeine-free diet sodas...no caffeine, no sugar, where's the fun? But now I'm one of 'em
