So today was pretty rad.
Went to the chiropractor again, and almost all pain is gone. Just a bit of stiffness. Another appointment tomorrow and I should be right as rain.
This morning I hung out with the police. Usually on Wednesdays I have a weekly meeting with the Staff Sergeant and/or Regular Sergeant, but because of Remembrance Day, it was moved today.
We hung out for an hour and laughed at all the crimes people committed, and the non-crimes people phoned in. Things like:
A man was with his girlfriend in his car, and he left his car for a bit, and when he got back, another man was in there. Turns out she was cheating on him. Classy.
A girl working at a video store called in and asked the police to arrest a customer who was being "stupid." The police responded with "Lady, if we arrested people for that, we'd have this whole town in jail."
And some guy tried to break into a car, was caught by the owner of the car, and the owner detained the guy by "using as much force as necessary," which means 'broke his nose and gave two black eyes.'
I worked from home for the afternoon, which meant sitting around in my underwear blasting records. It was awesome.
Now I'm just relaxing. I get off work early tomorrow and I am going to Edmonton for the Dinosaur Jr. concert, then will be staying in the city at a friends place.
Gonna be way awesome.
