When I was in Grade 7, I took a tumble on my skateboard, which resulted in a concussion and four stitches in my chin. It also resulted in a trip to the chiropractor.
Fast-forward to nine years(ish) later and I wake up with screaming neck pains.
I make an appointment with the chiropractor, and she tells me I should have been getting this worked on periodically my whole life, except nobody told me.
So now I'm feeling much better after getting my neck cracked, but I'm still in much pain.
This combined with the stress of having to move (to Beautiful BC) and quit my totally awesome job (these events are unrelated to the neck pain) makes me unable to sleep.
I have played all my "Put me to sleep" albums, but alas, nothing.
The lack of sleep for the past three days has caused me to splurge on a SG account, which is awesome, I guess.
So here I am. Awake and not looking forward to waking up at 8 a.m .to take pictures of Remembrance Day all day.
