More happenings!
So after waking up when I should be at work, and rushing to get there, my manager tells me he quit and next week is his last week. Also he's headed out right away cause he's been coughing up blood.
Understandable.
The store's a mess, but being the hardworking bastard I am, I get all the receiving done, the back room looking pimp all before the new part-timer shows up at 5:30. Everything's going good and the good timing he has, my Assistant Manager is in the store as I answer the phone to hear our Manager tell me he has H1N1. YAY!
So he can't come into close tomorrow, so we call our staff member that was at PAX. Guess what... HE HAS IT TOO! DOUBLE YAY! Though his has been called H1Nerd1 due to him getting it at a nerd convention.
As I was heading to my car I saw one of the security guys started talking and told him about it, now he had to let the mall admin know saying they may shut us down due to health risk. After 20 mins of figuring it out, it's our decision on what to do. So of course we're going to be open. I can't get tested for it unless I have symptoms and even then I may not be. So if me or the assistant manager gets it, we're fucked. If I get it, I'm fucked. So, so far this is a shitty day.
The worst thing that happened today though is, I dropped my iPod and now it's just making a clicking sound and sad face.
That's probably what's the biggest pissoff. I NEED an iPod. I can't live listening to radio.
