It is almost 11pm and I have slept for a combined total of 7 and a half hours over the last two nights. I have tried several things to fall asleep, and when booze didn't work last night I decided I need to see a doctor. Problem is I don't have a family doctor in Calgary, yet have lived here for 3 years. A year after moving here I even went to my doc in Toronto during a visit biggrin .

I have a history with sleeping pills, most don't like me so I'm skeptical to take em. The thing I know works, a lot of docs don't prescribe because it is possibly "habit-forming" and asking for it definitely doesn't look good.
*le sigh* I guess I'm doomed to be too tired to sleep, which makes everything boring for me.

On a good note, I got my car back today! I also downloaded a cool application on my iPhone called PangeaVR that let's me see panoramic views of different cities which I think it's cool. Got to see a few places I've been to.

Part of me wants to try this sleep thing again, another part says fuck it. What is there to do at 11pm?

They don't know, and I'm hoping to keep it that way for as long as possible. My mom found out I had my tongue pierced though (cause I can't keep my mouth shut) and she didn't seem to freak out too bad... I just see them having an issue with tattoos because they're permanent. My mom would refuse to let me get my ears pierced aside from the standard lobes because she feared I could never get a job, I'd hate to think what a tattoo would make her say.

And I realize it's pathetic to hide them from my parents considering I don't live at home. It's just a conversation I'd rather not have

That's very sweet you'd get a tattoo in memory of your mother. ^_^

I've never been able to talk to my parents about those kinds of things. They've tried to make me live a sheltered life I guess... And they wonder why I rebelled the second I got an ounce of freedom
