So after a 5 month detour from what i feel to be the right direction for me and away from my goals, I am stoked to say I am back on track!!! pardon me for a sec....
FUCK YES!!!!!!!
I am back working in a field that i love and provides me with as much time to travel as i want (which is a must for this kid) but the biggie is I can continue forward with my plans to move to the island (Vancouver Island)! and really be the surfer beach bum i have always been... by 2015 i will finally live by the ocean i love so much.
With the love i have for the seas, i also wanted to touch on and share an artical i have read about the shark culling going on off the shores of WA

Always be aware a trip for a dip at the beach for most of you or for a rip at your local break for some, is not a trip to a playground but more accurately to a wilderness that we know very little of. If people are scared of sharks you should rethink the drive to the sea you have a higher chance of dieing trying to get there. So far 66 sharks have been caught on baited drum lines in the WA culling, none have been Great Whites. I have a strong fear of sharks and as a surfer i put myself at risk more than others, but as strong as my fear is, my respect for them is greater. I would hate to see these beautiful predators vanish from the waves.
...after all you are more likely to be killed by a cow... 22 people on avg are killed by cows in the USA every year.
