Im feel like im on the downward spiral...

my last post was bitter, but it was a bitter time.

I feel better now, that is all.

tragedy strikes close friends and floods back into my mind horible memories, ones that i wish to remain burried. I have seen what pain truly is and I am helpless to do anything about it. Torn two ways, wanting to comfort her, and wanting to find the ones responsible, and i am good at neither.
