The thing about grief is that you never really get past it. It just hits you less often and you learn to accept it. 20 years from now you think of your uncle and some pain will come with the pleasure of the memory. By then you'll just say an "ouch" and get on with your day. I lost my sister in 1980 so I speak from experince.
miss my uncle and it's bumming me out. i can feel an emotional break down coming on. you would think after 5 months it wouldn't be a big deal. but i'm feeling the emotions i should of back in december now. and i don't like it.
