no words to describe yesterday, so here's a picture.

ok, so i'll tell you the story behind the picture. after the show everyone goes to this bar down the street for the after party. it's an open bar so i'm drinkin like a fish. at about 2.5 martini's in walks mike mccready. i didn't want to bother em so i didn't say anything. 5 min later eddie walks in. my co workers are all, "go talk to em." me being me i was like, "nah. i don't want to bother him." then i said, "fuck it. i woke up at 4am and flew up here for this thing, i'm gonna make the best of it."

so i get over to him and say, "eddie, i just wanted to say thanks for doing this. i flew up from san diego this morning just to see this." he then asks with a puzzled look on his face, "what shop do you have down there?" I say "lou's Records." His responce, "no shit? i love that place. i got my first mod who shirt from there." i then tell em about how i've been listening to em since i was 12 and such. he looks at me and then gives me the biggest hug. i'm thinking, "i'm hugging eddie vedder." got to talk with em for like 10 min. i go back to my seat with the biggest smile on my face ever. i sit down and realize, i left the camera on the table and didn't get a picture. i don't want to go back and ask for a photo, cause that would be kind of weird.

then the organizers start taking photos with em and i go, "fuck it. i'm gonna go get my picture with em if everyone else is." eddie is taking pictures with everyone then all of a sudden stops. makes a path through the people and grabs me and pulls me to the front. he then says, "we didn't get a picture huh? let's take one now. "

so yeah, that's why i got the big grin and such.
