so this week has been a good one.
tenacious d "the complete master works": epic. you all must go get it as soon as you can. as a matter of fact go get it now, i'll wait till you get back. you got to make sure you get one of the first 200,000 so you can get that special second disc.
pearl jam "lost dogs": also epic. i don't care what you say about pearl jam but they rock. been listening to them since i was like 12. this collection of stuff is super good. lot's of new songs which never made any release. the hidden song that eddie wrote about just after layne stayle died is pretty hostile, but super good.
last night's show: ohhh so fun. we didn't play till like 12:45 but the place was still packed. we had dudes surfing on tables, clearing out the chairs to make a dance floor. everyone seemed to have a good time and hell, my grandma came out to the show. i couldn't believe that. a nice little religious grandma who has never had a drink of alcohol in her life goes to a bar to see her grandkid play. she rocks.
rftc fan club: i'm working on getting that started again. i kinda got pulled into doing it and it's a lot of work. working with the band and a guy out in chicago trying to get it off the ground. will be fun to do but at the same time take up a lot of my free time since there is a lot of work to be done. ohh well.
all around a good week. only got a week and a half of work left before we get a 4 day weekend. i love those.
