I spent some time with an old friend tonight down on Campus with my old high school friend who got me my job ultimately in cooking. WE went down to Shi Sha to smoke a hookah and all that.

I actually had a morning off so i spent it eating some tasty cerreal and soymilk. Did you know Frosted Mini Wheats have gelatin in them? Yup. I got some good organic and vegan mini wheats to enjoy for now.
