I am leaving my first cooking job later this week. After several years at this restuarant, i'm dropping my work load down to two jobs. Hopefully, i'll be able to focus on some tattooing, skate with all my old friends i've been missing, anf have more time to progress some recipes before hopefully finding some work with one or more markets in the area.
A friend of mine who makes salads at my night job was celebrating his 31st birthday today. Jokingly, he thought i'd be rad to have a lobster tail and pizza shaped in the number 31 for his employee meal. So i organized a donation pool to buy a lobster tail and then proceeded to make a spicy alfredo sauce to the birthday bro's tastes and whipped up a pizza complete with broiled lobster, roasted red pepper strips, spicy alfredo, and provolone which i later cut down to a shape that embodied the number 31. Increase your love.
