Sunday is my favorite - it's the only day i have any time off work, so i can actually be productive. My extended family are all receiving gnarly gift tins this year. I made use of some big ole' steel foodservice tins and am packing them with (5) blends of looseleaf organic tea, (1) stainless steel tea infuser, homemade granola bars w/ carob chips, coconut, and pumpkin seeds, (1) bag homemade trail mix w/ granola, raisins, plantains, etc; fudgy vegan brownies, and carob covered cherries. I figure if for some reason there is some room left in the tins, i can always resort to Pattycake Vegan Bakery (local), Liv Lovely (Vermont), or Benevolence (local) for some extra treats. Everything is 100% vegan and most ingrediants are organic; plus it's all made from scratch by me (so far).
