I feel so mentally vulnerable first thing in the morning. I wake up, sluggishly, trying to think about the day, and constantly dwell on bad things or worry my tired brain into oblivion.
What's strange is most of the stuff I think about are things that normally wouldn't bother me after a couple cups of coffee.
Could my conscience be telling me something?

So drink a pot for me...
when i get up in the morning (especially work days when i rise at 4am) there is almost nothing on my mind. i survive on pure routine and instinct until just before i go on air (unless acted upon by an outside force). by the time my brain is working, though, it usually just spews bile for a few hours....
anywhoo... hope your monday is tolerable
