Yay, I have friends! <waves> hi guys! Now I need an army. Does anyone have a preference for who we invade first?

Spent the afternoon hanging out at what passes as a wood nearby. Today's discoveries: Neil Gaiman is even better when stoned, woods are full of things that will rush out and squawk at you when you least expect it, the ground is cold.

I also had something surprising in the post this morning: an invitation to a aspergers club! Now, I applied to volunteer with this charity a few months back and told them I had aspergers; it turned out it was mostly run for kids by their parents. They must've kept me on file. Still got to get my diagnosis and I'm pretty sure I have AS, but I can imagine this being either totally awesome, or totally sucking. The thought of going gives me the kinda scared and excited feeling that only comes with good ideas. So I'm going to have to at least try it .
