Ouch... ugh.... owwww...

So I started back at the gym for the 1st time in 2 yrs and HOLY CRAP I hurt!!! I had to prop my elbow above my head on the wall of the shower so I could shave my armpit... sad.
My Trainer Andre... AKA Satan, was relentless. Having my regard for my puniness.

3 Words: I hate Pushups smile

It will get better but for now... OUCH

Good luck with workout. If I can ever kick these colds I need to get my ass back to the gym. I prob need to get a trainer too, in order to kick start a program.
