11 days till my birthday and this year has been... well, interesting. I have had a rough 30. I thought that it was a little strange that I wasn't dreading the evil THREE-OOOOH. I was kind of excited about it. My 20's were CRAZY and i was excited about settling down and entering the next phase of my life. So I had some bumps...
BUMP 1: Diagnosed with Discoid Lupus
BUMP 2: Car Accident (I hit a family in a Mercedes SUV - no one was hurt)
BUMP 3: Emergency Appendectomy
I had a full year. I have 1 thing that I am thankfull for. The one thing that I got this year that was so fabulous that it may just outweigh the "bumps" - I met the man that I am going to spend the rest of my life with. So I guess that my bumps will go away and I get to keep the best part of my year.
