Signed the lease. We have 1 final walk through on the 15th and then we get keys. We can then commence moving!!! So excited. Don't have to MOVE in one day like last time. Cause I would love to do that all over again and spend my Memorial Day weekend unpacking and sleeing on a sofa bed. That is totally my idea of a good time 
So I am going to start packing this weekend, Also going to go to the ARTS & MUSIC FESTIVAL this weekend in Hoboken if its not cancelled due to rain. And,,, my friend Ailyn is turning 30. There is a party in NYC and my BF has to work an overnight and I have to fly solo... So not looking FWD to that. I hate driving into the city and I especially hate driving into the Meat Packing District. And I don't want to take the Subway. Sigh... AND I STILL HAVE TO BUY HER A GIFT. Off to Tiff's I go. I am such a good friend.

Hoboken? I think I went there on my 3 week East Coast trip a few years ago. Not sure, though. Will check.
