hello all.
well this is my first post on SG. i dont really blog all too often but i've never really had quite the incentive to blog as i do now that i am a part of sg. anyways, i am actually more excited than i expected to be now that i have an active account.
a little about me then..
i go to western michigan university
major in psychology and minor in spanish/english
and i plan on going in Applied Behavior Analysis, which
basically means ill be working with austic children.
it's a intricate field of study (ABA) but i am more than willing
to talk to anyone who is interested in ABA as a way to help
autisitc children because it is the closest thing to a miracle i know of..truely.
other than that ive only been living on the west side of michigan for about 3 years
when i moved here to go to WMU.
i lived in macomb previous to kazoo and monrovia, ca previous to that.
im actually from monrovia but i was forced unwillfully to move to macomb
due to my dads job in 96' . whatever. im over it.
i love LA though and plan to move waaaay the hell away from MI once i graduate with
my masters.
idk if i want to move back to LA or to a completely different country. time will tell.
the main reason i want to leave Mi is because of the communities ive lived in. the people in MI are just to
...clashing for my personality. there are some great people but i find them quite hard to find but maybe ive wasted to much time looking under rocks. i need people around who aren't 'weirded' out by anything novel or different. the like people who are just odd..becuase they always have points of views that never fail to amuse and create conversation. from the complete introverts to those who feel no one can relate to just how crazy they actually are...everyone has some interesting quirck. so i'd love to meet new people on SG, don't hesitate to say hello because i'd love to talk.
as for the one thing i love: music
i cant get enough
i love music, and i am sure more people than i realize share the feeling even though
i havn't met too many.
but i am more than willing to discuss music and to trade songs, artists, whatever really.
nothing if off limits except i dont care for pop-country or gospel. i find them both annoying.
my favorite band: every time i die.
well i want to go to the bar already so im done for now but ill be sure to post more regularly.
