I'm "working" at the library right now. A man just passed by the desk making a low growling noise, and I honestly had to look and see whether or not he had some kind of bite-sized rabid dog with him. He didn't, and though that is definitely a plus, it implies that there's a crochety old man haunting McLennan library, and that he enjoys growling at the staff. Glorious.

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is already finished, and though it was an amazingly good read, I'm really sad that it's done. I guess now I'll have to re-read to appreciate it's subtleties. Make whatever asinine comments you will about how the fact of Harry Potter's popularity makes it suck - you're wrong, and a bunch of pseudo-educated snobs if you think that way. JK Rowling is an unbelievably gifted writer, and this last book was the best one yet. But it was sad, I'd almost call it tragic, although it's not a tragedy, because it doesn't fit the format. I'm also reading Dune, which is also an excellent book. Complicated, but good. I ate too much of the super sugary fruit today, and while that's not great, it could've been worse, considering the wild pms cravings I'm having.
