Yeah, yesternight was the Oscars. Another long and boring evening held by the acadamy but for a change, some worthy winners were crowned.

The Coen received the whole package, finally, and they left behind the o so overated Atonement.

Danial D. got his Oscars for There will be blood, I would have riot if it has turned otherwise.

They gave the leading actress to Marion Coutillard which was a surprises knowing the fact that american are not really fond of the French.

Ratatouille stole the show for the animated features, sad for Marjanne Satrapi.

And, Jon Stewart actually made a jewish joke in is opening act. Gutsy and fun for a change. I have nothing against Billy Crystal, don't get me wrong, but getting nasty is not is strong suit.

And please, oh please, don't EVER do any more music-hall numbers at this show. It was the worst 15 minutes of my life as it looked like a cheap rehersal for a schoolplay version of Singin' in the Rain.
