It's been about a month since I've been able to take time to "play" here on SG.
About a month ago, I packed up my uncle, and my mother, and moved them 1000 miles(1609.344 km) away. Basically all the way across the U.S. to the East from the Midwest! Was not easy to do, because her health is not so good and she is stubborn, and doesn't want to let her problems dictate her life. I understand, but it's hard to watch. So now since she moved, she decided to go up on a ladder(which she is NOT supposed to be on) and forgot she was on a ladder and stepped off, breaking her leg in 3 places.... taking a chunk out of her knee cap... going for surgery... and ending up stuck in a wheelchair for 12 weeks... and tons of pain to go with it. I'm not stressing over it much, because she is doing great and recovering nicely.

As of Monday August 29th 2011 I passed my last class, meaning I now earned an Associate's Degree in Visual Communications!! WOO HOO!!! WHO ROCKS?!?! YES...YOU'RE RIGHT...THAT'S ME... I ROCK!! HA HA HA!! I'm excited because this is the FIRST time I will graduate from anything, and it's one more promise I kept to myself to make some positive changes in my life! I know an associate's degree isn't much to brag about, but for me... IT IS SOMETHING WORTH BRAGGING ABOUT!! And I'm not one for bragging about myself eaither... but for this I think a lil bit is ok! LOL I "OFFICIALLY" graduate on September 25th, 2011!! I was close to quitting a few times, because it seemed like nothing in my life would go smooth since I started school. It was like one bad thing after another was happening to me... but I didn't give up, and it makes me feel like this is even more of an accomplishment because I did not give up!!
