I had all 4 removed and I think that's better than doing two at a time, if you have the choice. The sleep drugs messed me up the first day, and I vomited the first day. After that I was fine. It took me a week to recover. Some people it takes 3 days, for me, it took longer. It hurt for me to talk at work because it made the stitches vibrate and I couldn't keep taking the perocet. haha

Good luck! I wouldn't want to do it twice and that was my friends advice who had the choice and did it twice. She said she regrets that because she had to go through the same shitty feeling twice. haha

I had all four of my pulled about a year ago. Be prepared to eat soft foods for a while. They only usually hurt for a couple of days and then you're about back to normal. Or I was at least.

Oh, and most places let you choose between just the gas they have at the dentist office or a having oral surgery done. I honestly don't really know the difference besides the price. Either way it sucks. The gas is just cheaper I think.. as long as you can handle the sounds =P
