Joan Jett inspired outfit today



So I saw something that really fuckin' pissed me off last night.
Miley Cyrus doing a cover of Cherry Bomb.

She fucking slaughtered it.
I'd kill for the honour to be able to cover any The Runaways or Joan Jett and the Blackhearts music
and this little cunt things she can do a cover?

she probably watched the movie The Runaways the night before and went

Alan and I recently started writing music,
and it's been pretty fun.
It's him on bass with some vocals, and i'll be on the acoustic with lead vocals.

This is just something fun we're doing with spare time,
i doubt we'll ever decide to book shows or anything
but once we get a few things recorded ill post them and i'd love your feedback.

if ewe did ever decide to get out there i would beg Joan Jetts record company everyday to sign us
she's honestly my idol.
i'd kill to be able to sing like her.

Anyway, i've gotta go wash all this eyeshadow off.. lol kiss

Joan Jett is among the coolest humans walking the planet (and she's originally from outside Philadelphia, my former home town). Like many a man and woman, boy, girl, animal, vegetable and mineral, I had (still have) a mad crush on her. Like many others, I was at one time unaware that I Love Rock & Roll was actually a cover, but she has written some great songs and many of her other covers are fantastic (some faves include Tulane, Fun Fun Fun, Everyday People, I Wanna Be Your Dog and, of course, Crimson & Clover).

If you're gonna choose an idol, you picked the right one. When she signs you to her label you have to get me a meet and greet!!
