Holidays shouldnt be holidays unless they fall on a monday or a friday. Oh and at that, it should only be a holiday if you can get a day off from work out of it.

I should be getting drunk, but I have to be at work early tomorrow.

thank you very much. that made a lot of sense and made me feel better. biggrin and with your holiday delima, i had a friend with the same problem. he's 23 and did an open to close on st. patty's day at papa john's. very sad. i wish i was home so i could at least close for him so he could enjoy the luxiouries of being irish. i, myself, am not 21 yet so there's not too much i could have done so i might as well have been making money. sorry about the holiday not falling on a monday or friday. frown

4 inches of snow, and still kinda snowing. I just shoveled the front of my place cuz there's no way I'm waking up early to do that crap tomorrow.

Ok well court came and went. My ticket for doing 73 in a 55 is now simply "failure to safely operate a vehicle" or some bullshit. Had to drop almost 2 hondo for the fine tho which blows. Beats points anyday of the week.

It was 52 degrees today.

TOMORROW WE ARE GETTING 6 INCHES OF SNOW.

So we went out to Pennsyltucky for some offroading which rocked. But it was frickin cold, mid 20's til about 1pm when it nudged into the 30's.

The cold is even ruining my fun at this point mad

Well the company came through and gave us all a raise this week biggrin It looked like they were gonna hold out and stiff us this year. You know that whole "be thankful you have a job soandso just laid off somany workers" bullshit.

Yay, one more week til I go to court to fight that bullshit-ass speeding ticket I got in January. I almost had an ace up my sleeve to get out of it, but turns out that its not an ace but just an ass and fell through.
