I looked at this to the tune of Natascha Atlas's rendition of "I put a Spell on you", and it's more than apt.

Your blushy knees make my knees weak, and i want to draw them. Your scrunchy, "bite my tongue" face is unbearably cute too.

With some serious color balancing and either a better camera or a day in Photoshop, this could kick ass. I would offer, but i'm working with stupid CS4, win7, and an intuos2, which do not play well together yet for some god forsaken reason. T_T

Wednesdays get me down. Its not the beginning of the week or the end. Its right in the middle. Plus, I always have so much to do on Wednesdays. I really wish I could just sit at home and write on my novel.

I know what you mean--I wish I had time to focus on my (nonfiction) writing, too. On the other hand, I have a nanny on Wednesdays and I get to go into work!

So. I've been reading entirely too many romance novels. In all seriousness, 4 romance books in 6 days seems like a bit much, but its a phase I go through every now and again. I won't read for several months.. and then there will be a month or 2 filled with non stop reading. Last time it hit me I read books on different religions....

The Renaissance Festival is over and now its back to the real world. At least I got to be a Renaissance Rockstar for a month, right? But I do miss it. . .

There's got to be some other outdoor performance opportunities, right? The summer's just begun. There's a renaissance fair in Massachusetts in the fall--which I'm pushing because then I'd actually get to see you perform! smile

I may have to look into that... but this year we have a lot going on in the fall, so it would depend on the date. And we do have performances coming up in July, but nothing beats dancing 8 hours a day, 3 days a week out at the Ren Faire. It was one of my most amazing bellydance experiences. It'll be missed until next year, for sure! frown

Yes, everything at Ren Fair has to be live. We'd probably get fired if it wasn't. Its been a wonderful experience.. this is my 1st time performing to live music. Its pretty amazing... and very different than what I'm used to. I have several more weekends to go before its over.. this was a video from our 1st weekend. WHAT AN AWESOME TIME! If anyone gets the chance, come out and see us... and then toss a $50 into our tip jar. lol.

I might suggest brighter colors to make the pictures pop out more, also if you can have a more solid background color that would bring you more into focus in the picture. Maybe. The natural is good but when shooting indoors try to use more white light. Your camera seems to capture the light well just use more bright colors other then that you pictures are very well done. Trust me I have seen alot of people try to make some sets and your one of the few that seems to get that it is art and just not nude pic. So you are close, and keep up that fighter spirit. Also you are right: have fun with the sets, because when you are doing what you enjoy people can tell and they respond to that. Good luck!
