Wow, cant believe Im 26.. man Im old!!
..BUT, as I was driving from home work earlier Thursday night.. I realized something..
"Do I ACTUALLY have to 'act' my age? ..and lose all of the inner child that kept energetic and loving life(rather than becoming disgusted with it at times (check previous entry)?"
Initially, I laughed.. telling myself that my inner child, as naive and curious as it is, is still needed for the many other moments of my life that Im yet to experience. But the desire to reflect back, and in some cases let go, of inner pain to those who've hurt me, seems to have created a vortex of torment within me.
I have an idea of who would win.. but who do YOU think will?
ps - no worries, I didnt have time to celebrate on the 10th, being a week day and all.. but tonight and tomorrow I will!
