I've been at home to much lately and it is driving me nuts. I am in the process of looking for a new job and it's not going well. I've started cooking to pass some of the time. I made chicken and dumplings and it came out good and today I'm going to try a new chili recipe. I'm also trying to potty train my son and I have no idea what I'm doing so it is a very slow process. Wish me luck and don't forget to kiss the cook. ooo aaa

Enjoy the time home with your son smile It goes by too quick!! As for the potty training, I red somewhere that if he's hesistant to change, just give him the little potty and let him sit on it while he watches tv or plays with his books and stuff so he gets used to it. Tell him that he's a big boy, and that should excite him to want to use it smile And let him watch you so he see that big people do it. I'm a walking parenting book ha.
My latest recipe was a yummy southern chicken bake. It was awesome, if you want the recipe, let me know smile
And yes please for set ideas. I can never have too many! biggrin
