Great decision i've made so far, i'm on my way to quit smoking ... after almost 25 years smoking ! (started at 14yo ...)

But i've a great opportunity : i'll be on holidays next week and will spend 15 days with non smoking friends, in the south west of France, on the Atlantic shore !

however, i need some support, from anyone, anywhere :)

i must succeed !!
