New Tattoo !!!
At last, after almost one year of search and reflexion, i got my new tattoo ...
First of all, after the two i had done by Jem's from (at this time) Born2Tattoo, i was looking for an other kind of drawing, and i guessed i should look for a women to tattoo me.
The subject was a matter of hard thinking : on a first time, i was thinking on something japanese, with a strong symbolic : a dragon fighting a female Oni, with a cherry blossom tree in the back, the Oni was the best symbolic i could find to represent the illness i am fighting against.
But, Jem's, who's good on japanese tattoo, left Born2tattoo, and moved a bit too far away for me ...
I decided to keep the subject, but, move it in a other mythology : a nordic dragon fighting a succubus with a snowed mountain in the back.
In the meantime, i found a new tattoo shop close to where i live, with a talented women working in, Virginie Diable. Checked her book, and really loved her style...
But, despite my efforts, i couldn't manage to achieve the scene ... inspiration wasn't at the rendez-vous ... so i decided to keep it in mind, and let some time pass ...
and by the merest chance, one of my best friend has a incredibly talented drawer in her FB contacts, Little Gingko, very fetish oriented (bondage, latex) which is something that talks to me - obviously ...
and then i found this drawing, which literally talk to me :
Contacted her, asked for the right to use her work, and she kindly agreed
I brought the picture to Virginie and let her worked on "her" vision, and this is what she made :
And so this last saturday, i had my first session, i wished she could have done it in one session, but there's too many details, and her dermo went down
