I can't sleep because it's below freezing outside and my heat is NOT FUCKING WORKING!!!! I think a jolt to my landlord's nuts is necessary. Does anyone else thing that I should get a break on rent after going without heat in the house for an entire month?

Ckeck with the renter's laws in your state, Most states would make the landlord to pick up the tab for you getting a hotel room while he get's the heat going at your apt again Your place would be called non live able without heat. Hope he cares eought to take care of this but I don't think he cares eought to fix this
