everyone around me is always hooking up and i dont ever even seem to have even a shread of a chance to even go out on a date? for instance, my friend moved here two months ago and has already slept with two girls and he's foul. he's got bad breath, sprays instead of saying it, eats with his mouth open ect.... i dont wanna say how many girls ive slept with from nyc since ive moved to manhattan 4 years ago but its not far from that and its less then a girl a year. i know my standards hold me back and can be lofty, not only phiscally but mentally, but also a big part of the problem is every single realtionship ive been in has been a complete let down. right before i moved to nyc from chicago i broke up with the girl who i had been living with for over a year, the woman who i was gonna marry and have a family with, cause she chose red wine over us. pretty fuckin sad. this is not only girls but its also my guy friends too. when im out and in a social setting i find it so hard to be interested in getting to know people when it always seems to lead to dissapointment. its depressing when you live in a city with a ratio of 7 single girls to one guy and, well you know......



this weekend i read 8 chapters in my study manual. ther'es 22 chapters in all. before i was just taking the tests on the disk but i wasnt learning anything. yea, real exciting.
