so the shooting in Maryland has me sad. I went to Paul Mitchell schools with her. She was at my school briefly before transferring to our sister school. Currently Chibi is in the Hospital and won't be back for about a week. She is currently fine and anxious to getting back to you all. As her friend she asked me to relay the message and to tell everyone Happy Holiday.

Her 1st Set is soon to be released which is pretty hot. Be on the look out.

So I have horrible anxiety and depression at times. And today seems one of those its kinda suckier than it should be. Trying to keep my head up. But the COLD kinda doesn't help. One of the things that I have found to help a lot in both sexes in weightlifting. Walking is a great first step! Don't try to overdo it too quick but don't forget to push yourself to keep things interesting. If you get bored it becomes way to easy to relax and eventually not workout at all. The three most important things to fitness are Strength, Cardio and then Flexibility. Women don't build muscle like men do. They tone up while we bulk up. Keep walking, add some strength training (lightly!) and make sure to stretch everyday. Stick with it, push yourself and eventually you will lose that weight. You might not be the size that you want but being healthier is a greater reward.

So tomorrow I will be shooting my first set! Super excited. And i've got my themes set up and honestly Super nervous. But super excited.Like over the moon excited.

Also I have a job now.Which is half the reason my shoot got moved from today to tomorrow. Gonna be working at my cousin's salon in DC. Which is great. And also the same train stop...
