Yes ladies and gentlemen. I did. He did. We both did.
But I was pretty sneaky about it....we were just about asleep, and I had just finished rubbing his poor soar neck from a headache, and I was like, "Baby, can I ask you something? Do you love me?" And he was like,"You know, I think I do." And then we talked a little more, and we finally flat out just said the three damn little words. I love you. To each other. Then we went out the next night to this really fancy restaurant (for which I had to go out and buy a dress for b/c none of mine fit-damn holiday pounds-but it was sexy it was actually a 30's vintage skirt I was wearing as a dress), and ate a fabulously expensive meal, and over desert, he let me in. He told me some stuff about him and his life that he's sheltered from me the whole time, and I knew it was hard as hell for him to say, but he did it. And when he was done, I pulled him over to my side of the table, and said it again. And he said, "I know. I love you too".
It was perfect you guys. The whole weekend was perfect. We just chilled at his place on New Years Eve, drank champagne, ate meatballs, played a lot of Trivial Persuit. Slept in both Saturday and Sunday, made him brunch on Sunday, had MAD sex. It was tight (I'm talking about the weekend you perverts).
But for real...all in all....I feel like since he's let me in, I feel more settled in us. And I have a damn good feeling that 2005 is gonna be a fucking awesome year. I've already got a lot of good plans in motion. Last year was a lot of talk about what I wanted to do, this year I'm going to do it. Starting w/ more picture taking, fucking finally sending in a set to SG, getting tattooed very soon.......and being in love.
Ahhhh geez...now I'm one of those girls.
