saw Otep the other night. fucking ROCKED!!!
my pal the Rev. J. and i went hoping to find an old friend and co-worker of ours, but he wasn't there. so we had to be content with drinking beer and having our faces rocked off by a beautiful, hyper-radical, wickedly conscious, awesome chick who's covered in tattoos, and her band. i could deal with that. but i really miss my friend sometimes and have no way of getting in contact with him. it is strange that he wouldn't be there.
and i saw Iron Man today!!! also fucking ROCKED!!! this is one i never really thought possible, but fuck if i didn't watch the whole thing without one regret or even one bad thought about the movie. which is rare. didn't occur to me. just totally absorbed in watching Downey Jr. and the rest of the ensemble nonchalantly (and blatantly atst) pull off one of the best superhero movies ever. i want more. and i can wait.
plus, i got to see all the wicked new trailers for all the exciting summer movies! nice.
other than that, however, it has been kind of crappy, and i've been a grumpapuss (as sorcha calls me).
there's just been a voice (a real one) nagging me. and it gets right on in there, with the wrong thing/wrong time motivation and it just fucking ruins everything and puts me off my lunch and off my game. i've been wanting to drink more lately. not good.

and we've had a flea infestation. which forced us to clean. which is a good thing, but now how a wanted to spend the majority of the day. especially when i did a lot without help, while most everyone was just hanging around, and then, when i knock off early and run an errand for everyone, i catch shit from the one person who hasn't gotten off their ass to lift a finger.
Europe vacay will be real good. i need it. bad.
only have one final left. and i'm just waiting for june. i really pretty much don't care where we go. there are places i want to go again, places i've never been that i'd really like to see, but i know i'll have fun wherever. plus, i've already seen more than the girls, and i kinda want to let them decide the destinations.
anyway, i think it's about time for a shower.

Dude, you're not the only one needing a vay-kay. I took off from work, didn't care that other people were going on vay-kay too, or that we were gonna get real busy right before summer. My g/f and I are going to WA state this Saturday to next Sunday! I'm SO excited cause I've never been to the west coast, but if you go to Europe, your vay-kay will beat mine, hands down.
