Blah what a bad day..woke up at 10:30..had a pt appointment at 11:00 so I had to bolt out of the house..so I was lookin like crap..went to the appointment and my pt put me in pain! some new excersies really hurt! but its supposed to help my back I guess. Then I had my Doc appointment and had to get x-rays of my back just so he could look at them. The X-ray tec was really good looking but to bad I was looking like shit! 
hehe but he was feeling muh hips....only to see where they were so he could take the shot. 
So driving back home was fun, school started here and all hell broke loose..traffic is pure hell now..took me about a half hour to get home..grrr
