I'd suggest pretty much any song from this website deathboy.co.uk, it's an industrial band. They're from England and I don't even think have a record deal yet, but are amazing if you're into industrial.
It's ok to let yourself get fat atleast once in your life...I do it everytime I break-up (or get broken up) with someone, it's sad really. I dunno it's easy to just eat and eat and eat cause you're either bored or sad. But it feels more rewarding looking in the mirror three months later and thinking "wow, I've done really good". So keep it up! You're probably sleeping better now too...
