I'm so busy all the time now. It's ridiculous. I knew I was going to be busy this semester with 14 credits and 2 jobs but I didn't think I was going to be planning out all day, every day like I am. I stayed home last night and watched tv and chilled out for the first time in a few weeks and it was better than the hottest ninja drug orgy.

Another thing that is bothering me is the way that some my friends have a completely different idea of when the weekend is than me. I mostly work and go to school during the day during the week, but a lot of my friends have jobs serving or bartending so they work mostly on the weekend nights, and they don't care about school. So their weekend is monday-wednesday and my weekend is thursday-saturday. When I call them to go out during the real weekend, they're like "I can't talk I'm at work" and when they call me to go out during the week I'm like "I could go out, but I have class tomorrow so I shouldn't." And its a lot easier to talk me into being hung over in class the next day than for them to walk out of work early. So I usually get screwed or seem like I'm being a bad friend, when I'm just trying to take care of business. So it sucks for me. frown

I know exactly how you feel about having friends on different schedules. My friends are all in assorted stages in their careers/schooling so it is almost impossible to get them to commit to doing something with me.

My big thing right now is Halloween- I think people should commit to plans right now, and nobody will.

P.S. A hot ninja drug orgy sounds like so much fun.

The Sneetches and other Stories. You sir, are correct. My parents still have a copy from when I was a kid. It's at home on the book shelf. I might have to steal it the next time I go home...
