I’ve not blogged in a while I thought I’d do so. Well yesterday was my birthday nd I kept it fairly low key spending it with family. In the evening I went to a burns supper which is always good fun with excellent food and drink. Recently I have been helping a friend who has had depression for a while and been doing what I can for her. We went to a cathedral and Abby ruins near us in the town of Bury st Edmunds. We are both history fans and enjoyed the ruins, even though st Edmund, whom was the original patron saint of England, is supposedly buried under some tennis courts.
