Ok I have set myself a goal of becoming a case worker for the royal British legion and today I took a step in this path.
Today I completed a Mental Health First Aider course run through the military, this course was very insightful and has given me a lot more knowledge on symptoms and how to help people and more importantly who to go to for help.
So one more step to goal is a stress management and a course on ptsd
