Out of the many things to love about the Christmas time season, one my favorite Christmas cartoons or holiday TV specials. When I was a kid in Mexico, on Christmas day they ran a marathon of a bunch of specials or holiday movies. The different interpretations of a Christmas Carol; Live action, Muppet's, Disney's, and Flintstones. Now they are all available through streaming or Youtube. This year, we watched The Muppets Holiday special during Christmas day breakfast and sat down to watch the Original how the Stole Christmas animated movie. I remember watching it in Spanish when I was a kid and thinking, " what a weird cartoon, but it's funny even though I cannot understand the songs." Now that I understand English, I realize why they did not bother translating the songs and how the Dr. Seuss style and words made it almost futile. So we were all under deep freeze in the US. I found my small watercolor set and made this on the 26th.
