I unplugged this weekend and only bought newer tires for the van on Friday. I am feeling way better after a few nights sleep , some good meals and sitting down with Friends and Family. I totally hit the gym three days of the holiday weekend and feel great about it. Now back to work , to look for a car and to move on creating more things. If nothing else one needs the act of creating anything for fun and to keep the hope alive.
