My friend wants to use this illustration I made as an album cover!!! 
In other news to myself (who else would actually be reading this after all) This weekend starts auditions for the short film my friends and I are making next month. I don't think it is good, but I get a producing credit. The theory behind attaching myself to this crapfest is that the backers will finance the horror film we hope to shoot in August. The horror film is also another turd on arrival but it is better than the short film.
Assuming everything goes well, we'll then have the equipment to make my film next summer. I think my film is the worst of the lot, but since it's all about being young and wild and destructive and what it takes to change and figure out what happens when the party is over, someone might be dumb enough to want to watch it. Think Spun, meets Dazed and Confused.
Can anyone tell that I'm working on the art of pitching movies? We might try to distribute it as an anti-drug film, which will be the most diabolically brilliant and hypocritical atrrocity to happen outside of the U.S. government in years.

is that image an illustration or a photograph? if it is an illustration what is the media you are using? your compostion could be a bit tighter though, in that both sides of the illustration are kind of akwardly cut off. i'm diggin' the overall image though, and would like to see how it progresses as a album cover. hope you don't mind me giving you a little constructive feedback
