Here are some highlights from Havanna.







I have to thank my pal Yuri who occasionally manned the camera when I was busy getting my drink on. He had so much fun that he swears he's joining up. I think he sort of looked like Kanye West from the Stronger Video in those goggles of his:



The funniest thing I heard that night was as we were heading for the car for the long trip back to Cincinnati I ran into someone in a Mrs. Freddy costume, which a friend of mine nearly bought before she decided to be Princess Leia, and I asked her and her friends if I could get a picture of all of them together, as Yuri and I had done all night. Her friend, whose costume I really didn't think was very good told her not to because she thought that I'd stick her head on a naked body. I laughed at her friend and said that I wasn't good enough at Photoshop to do that and wished them a good night. I was having way too good an evening to let her get me down.

Speaking of things that didn't kill me... I survived my first anime convention and actually picked up a few ninja and pirate related souvenirs Including one very awesome flag. I'm going to go scarf down some sushi at Teak to regain my energy since these old bones haven't stayed up for three days straight in several years. I might even out up a folder once I recover.
