There is something...peculiar...that I have noticed lately with the debate on health care reform.
I have only just recently been on Facebook. All of a sudden, all of these people from high school, whom I have not seen or heard from in 20 years (by my choice), have decided that I am their best friend. The thing is, I hated where I went to high school, and I do not have good memories of friends from that time. I am not a central rural Illinois person, and I never have been.
The dividing line on health care reform seems to be whether people have it or not.
I'm serious...these people from where I went to high school are working for 8-10 dollars an hour with no benefits. They are the ones who are opposed to universal health care coverage.
