In all honesty I must say that being UNEPLOYED is the best thing that has ever happened to me.
Luckily, I am prudent with my finances, and I really don't have to work for a year or more if I don't find the right job. I have had an interview already and have another one next week, and it looks like I will probably end up with a better company.
It really wasn't too tough to say goodbye to a company that I worked for eight years. When my friends that still have a job there talk to me, I can hear how shitty they feel about their jobs. I do not think I would have left on my own, but, it certainly does seem to be for the best!
