I wonder who I'm going to be 43 days from now, or so.
This would be a good time to remember what I keep writing about having a heart as light as a feather.
It's up to me to make my life worth living, to find what can be found. When I'm feeling under pressure I tend to give in to feelings of inertia, and wait for things to change so as to relieve the pressures that weigh on me. I have to learn to have a clear mind, even when there's no way of ever making all sources of stress and pressure go away. The most remarkable people tend to be the ones who have put down the burden of themselves.
EDIT Wednesday 130 pm or so, trainer sez It looks like friday he''ll pcik me up. I've been told before thatthings are slow in January after the national retail-gasm.

Hopefully you've noticed the various internet kiosks around at some of the truck stops... to at least give you a bit of access.
How is your trainer? What kind of freight have you been getting? Gone anywhere interesting?
Interesting that comment you made on ancient egyptian cats..wasnt only the grain that attracted cats to mice that flocked there, but insects and snakes and scorpions and mice rushing to household waste outside their homes. cats would be territorial with those places as well.. invoked a lot of thoughts of cats as protectors in the egyptian mind.. and they didnt even consider the cats killing off the mice bringing plague
